GRANTS

Throughout the year the Andalusian Studies Centre offers a series of grants of a diverse nature directed towards promoting the careers of young researchers, both in the national and international ambit. These initiatives may be grouped into three blocks: Research grants for the different working areas of the Andalusian Studies Centre: anthropology, culture, economics, law, politics and sociology. These grant programmes have a duration of 18 months and involve supervision by a tutor and access to the documentary and operational resources of the institution.

Grants for Research in the European Union. This is a 12 month grant for researchers who are doctorate holders resident in the Andalusian Community and who are admitted in a foreign university or research centre for the duration of the grant. The aim is to favour their careers by supporting their inter-institutional geographic mobility, enabling the establishment of relations with European centres and universities and facilitating their access to international programmes.
